Regulating your period, the natural way.
What is it? It is a natural way to regulate your menstrual cycle, by eating different seeds consistently for a the duration of your cycle.
And how does it work? The lignans and oils in the seeds help to promote steroid hormone synthesis, and thus regulate your menstrual cycle and can induce menses (flow).
From the day you start to flow to ovulation (day 1 – 14) OR from new moon to full moon take:
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed
From Ovulation to Menses (day 14 – 28) OR from full moon to new moon take :
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seed
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed
I like to add this to my breakfast, especially after I have been traveling a lot my cycle can get a little wonky. Make sure to use raw organic seeds.
